Why I can’t install the app from Play Store or App Store?

Your smartphone must able to meet the minimum requirements of specifications to download this app for both Android and iOS. However, this issue can be raised for your OS version or drop of internet connection.

 

Registration & Login:

What will happen after I sign up?

Property Owner: After signing up you are enable to sign-in, update your profile, set profile photo, add your property to the site, confirm pending booking for your property(s), create an affiliate account for yourself, refer to others to earn commissions, and you will become an honorable member of otithee.com family.

User: After signing up you are enable to sign-in, update your profile, set profile photo, book any services which we provide, create an affiliate account for yourself, refer to others to earn commissions and you will become an honorable member of otithee.com family.

Register form is loading after submitting information and images, what should I do?

It might be caused for large size of photos. You can resize your uploading photos through the given “photo resizing” link bellow the photo uploading fields.

I did not get the OTP.

This problem can be caused from OTP provider so you can try after sometimes with your patient. Moreover, you can click on ‘resend code’. If the issue remain unsolved you may please mail us to [email protected] with your mobile number which is used during registration or contact our hotline.

Are there uploading NID photos mandatory during Registration?

Yes, it’s mandatory for property owner! For property owner’s legal information, identification and security concern we need your NID photos during registration.

During property owner registration how important the ‘Referral Code’ is?

If you have an affiliate account. You can invite your friends, family members, relatives or neighbors to enlist their property(s) on otithee.com. during registration you can use your referral code and earn extra commission for each registration.

 

Profile:

Will I be able to update my Profile details at a later date?

Yes, if you want to update your profile details later, you can.

Can I change my NID images or Legal Documents later?

No, you are unable to change your NID or Legal Document’s photos.

 

Booking:

How do I pay?

We providing an online payment gateway (SSL commerz) and Bkash merchant account for your payment solution. If you feel any trouble with SSL commerz you are requested to choose Bkash merchant option.

Can I make changes to my booking?

You only can cancel your booking and book another one but you cannot change or replace your booking with another one.

If I need to cancel my booking, will I pay a fee?

Yes! According to our cancellation policy you will be charged 10% of your payment if you cancel your booking.

How many days or hours in advance do I need to make my booking?

In general, Host approved and confirm your booking within few hours. You will notify the confirmation from the host. If you already booked a service but don’t get any approval & confirmation from the host, you may please mail us to [email protected] with your mobile number which is used during registration or contact our hotline.

Can I change the guest name after make a successful booking?

No! You can’t change the guest name. You can make a booking

My booking is still not confirmed, what should I do?

I’ve paid for my booking but I haven’t received any confirmation. What should I do?

After you've booked you'll get an 'awaiting confirmation' text message immediately. Once we know if your booking is confirmed, we'll send another message. This should only take two minutes but sometimes can take longer. If you still haven't received any text messages, contact to our Customer Service team.

How many days or hours in advance do I need to make my booking?

Currently we are accepting bookings at the least 24-hour prior to your desired pick-up time.

 

Cancellation:

How can I cancel my booking?

Currently, you are required to raise a cancellation request through the customer care number available on our website. Cancellation will then be approved as per the terms and conditions. A cancellation fee would also be applicable if the vehicle you reserved has reached client pickup location.

What happens if a guest cancels his booking?

Two things may happen when a guest cancels a reservation. If a guest cancels and your property has a free cancellation policy, the guest pays nothing and you don’t pay commission. If a guest cancels and your property doesn’t have a free cancellation policy, the guest pays a fee, and you pay commission on the amount that the guest pays you.

Where can I find the cancellation policy?

How do I know if my booking was cancelled?

After you cancel a booking with us, you should receive a text message to confirm the cancellation. Check your inbox. If you’ve received a text message from Otithee.com cancelling your booking, your booking has been cancelled and we’ve refunded you. The processing time depends on your payment method.

 

Affiliate:

How often do you pay your affiliates?

Commissions become available for payment once the total earned reaches BDT500. Payment requests are made from your Affiliate Account only.

How do I sign up for affiliate account?

To sign up for the affiliate account simply upgrade your profile paying BDT500. You will be asked to read and agree to our terms and conditions. We will review your application and if accepted, you will receive a text message notification and your contact number can be used as your referral code.

Can I change the referral code I used in my affiliate account?

No! You cannot change your referral code which you used in your affiliate account registration.

If my Affiliate Account has temporary disabled, what should I do?

Please do not make any mistake while make a payment or withdrawal. Moreover, in case of this situation you may please mail us to [email protected] with your mobile number which is used during registration or contact our hotline.

 

Referral:

How do I get referral commission?

If you can make a new affiliate member with using your referral code, you will get 50% of commission from the new user registration fee. 

Do I have to Increase my referral commissions?

Yes of course! Increase affiliate member registration using your referral code you get 50% commission for each registration.

Is there any cost to become and affiliate?

Yes, you need to pay 500BDT to upgrade your profile as an affiliate member. Affiliate members has great opportunities with getting extra opportunity to get extra commissions.

What is my referral code?

The phone number you registered with will be your referral code, but you need to open an affiliate account first.

How do I check my statistics to see how I am doing?

After you have been accepted into the program, you will be able to log-in to your Affiliate account and see your sales and commission results. You can also choose to receive e-mail reports for each sale made.

 

Can I change the referral code I used in my affiliate account?

No, the given referral code cannot be changed.

Property Owner Side:

How do I communicate with my guest?

As per our policy you cannot communicate with your guest directly right now. A system will be developed that provides the communication service between host-guest.

When will my property(s) go live?

After your signing up to otithee.com you can add your property advertisements in our site. When you paid your registration fee(s) your property will automatically go online.

What kind of images should I upload for property(s)?

When you sign up, we ask you to upload photos of your space. This is because we know our guests love browsing through photos when looking for a place to stay. We recommend that you upload photos that showcase both the inside and the outside of your property. They don’t need to be professional photos – photos with a smartphone will still give your guests a good impression of the space.

Why my property(s) are not visible to the site?

Once you finish creating your listing, you can open your property for bookings on our site. We may ask you to verify your property before you can start accepting bookings, but you can use this time to get familiar with the Extranet and prepare for your first guests.

What happens if my property is damaged by a guest?

Property owners can request damage deposits from guests. Deposits help cover any potential damage caused by a guest, offering some reassurance that your property are going to be treated respectfully. If anything goes wrong, it is often reported to our team through our misconduct reporting feature.

What happens if a guest doesn’t “show up” or “no-show”?

No-show? No problem. You won't pay commission for guests who don't show-up unless you've set up a "no-show charge" for your guests.

What’s the reason of page loading while I uploading my property?

Customer/Guest side:

Will I need to pay anything additional upon arrival?

No! You don’t need anything additional payment unless the host mentioned any “additional payment” or “additional service charge” in his description.

I’ve been incorrectly charged. What should I do?

If Otithee.com charged you incorrectly, please mail us with [email protected] or contact our hotline . We’ll likely need a clear evidence showing the incorrect charges as well as your booking confirmation invoice. If the property charged you incorrectly, please reach out to the property directly for help.

How can I request an extra service from the property?

If you’d like to request an extra service like an extra bed, there have an option named “NOTE” while you book your services. Please mention there what do you want.

Upon arrival, the room/accommodation I was given did not match what should I do?

please mail us with [email protected] or contact our hotline. You'll likely need to send our Customer Service team a screenshot of the mismatched information and if you had to pay any extra fees, a receipt as proof of payment.

Can I use a coupon or proportional link to make this booking?

No, this booking can't be made with rewards or incentive programs right now. Even if you use a unique link or code to make this booking, you won't be rewarded for this stay.

 

Transport:

Can I change the vehicle type after it has reached the pick-up point?

No, you can’t change the vehicle type but you can cancel the reservation and you will be charged a cancellation fee as per the company terms and conditions you may please mail us to [email protected] with your mobile number which is used during registration or contact our hotline.

What happens if I found the car is not exact that I booked?

You can cancel your car reservation. A cancellation fee would also be applicable if the vehicle you reserved has reached client pickup location.

Withdraw:

I haven’t received the money I withdrew from my affiliate account, what should I do?

We’ll likely need a clear evidence of your withdrawal and You'll likely need to contact our Hotline or send us a mail to [email protected] with a screenshot for further information.

What is the withdrawal process?

Click “Withdraw” option. Provide your information that we asked about payment receiving method. After submitting your information, we enlist your application as payee. At present you will receive your money within 3-5 working days.

 

Refunds:

My booking has been cancelled, when will I be refunded?

If your booking has been cancelled, Otithee.com refunds you immediately. The processing time may take 7 to 10 days and depends on your payment method.

I want to know all the information about referral commissions:

 

          If you refer a person to become an affiliate member, then you will get 50% commission from that                      person’s “affiliate member registration fee 500 BDT”.

          If you are an Affiliate Member (User /Property Owner) & refer a property owner (property owner must                have to set your referral number as Referral ID during his registration in otithee.com) & property owner            enlists a property, then you will get 50% commission from “property registration fee 500 BDT”.

If you are an Affiliate Member & Property Owner: you will get 1% from 10% service charge earned by otithee.com from your referred property sale.

If you are an Affiliate Member & User: you will get 2% from 10% service charge earned by otithee.com from your referred property owner.

If you are an Agent: you will get 1% from 10% service charge earned by otithee.com from your referred property sale.
